B) Metal coil springs wrapped by non-woven fabric
C) High resilience foam for cozy and durable effects
D) Bonded polyester fiber between the leather and foam to prevent the seating area from sagging
E) UK BS5852 and USA117 fire retardant foam available

Packing
A) From inside to outside Inner: Plastic bag, thick PE foam, corrugated cardboard and woven PVC bag.
B) Pearl foam and corrugated cardboard wrapping for corner protection
C) Sofa legs are packed separately as well as metal frame if there is any.
D) Customer's special packing method is acceptable.

A, We always check the quality and color of the upholstery materials strictly before production.
B, We always pay close attention to the quality though the whole production of each piece.
C, Final quality inspection and cleaning before packing.
D, It is welcome for customers or their QC to inspect the quality.
E. Our after -sales department will help clients when problem occurred.

Payment Terms
A, L/C at sight;
B, T/T: 30% deposit by T/T before production, 70% balance by T/T before loading.

Raw material guarantee
1. Solid wood for inner wooden framework: Smooth, straight and without bark, water rate is below 13%.
2. Leather: All top leather of cow are imported from Italy
3. Foam: High-resilience foam with high density, giving a comfortable feel.
4. Raw materials: Absolutely no recycled materials.

Internal timber
High quality solid wood for inner frame: 3cm by 5cm hardwood beam after kiln drying process and moth proofing.
High quality plywood: Thickness from 5mm, 9mm, 12mm, 15mm and 18mm.

Webbing
Good elasticity and durable webbing is used on the backrest and seating area for comfortable feel.

Foam
High-resilience and high density. The arrangement of the foam structure is based on the style and feature of each style as well as the requirement of the customers.
